Medical Services

All medical services are delivered by a fully qualified Physiotherapist and Sports Therapist, registered with both the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). All assessments and treatments are carried out in accordance with the CSP’s Code of Professional Values and Behaviour, ensuring the highest standards of ethical and clinical practice.

Informed consent will be obtained prior to any assessment or treatment. Clients will be provided with clear and comprehensive information regarding the nature of the proposed intervention, including the procedures involved and any potential risks. Clients reserve the right to decline or withdraw from any assessment or treatment at any stage, without consequence.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all clients respect our cancellation policy, as missed or late appointments impact both our clinicians and other clients who may be waiting for availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This advance notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need of care.

A late cancellation is defined as any cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

A no-show refers to a missed appointment without any prior notice.

In either case, late cancellation or no-show, the full appointment fee will be charged. Continued failure to attend appointments or settle outstanding fees may result in the suspension or discontinuation of future services.

Data Protection

GS Physical Therapy follows in ocordance with the data protection act and no information will be given to any 3rd party whatsoever. Client information is kept strictly confidential and used only in conjunction with the treatment and rehabilitation services that you recieve.

Safeguarding

For clients under the age of 16, consent for assessment and treatment must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. Additionally, a parent or legal guardian is required to be present for the duration of all appointments involving clients in this age group.

In situations where there is uncertainty regarding a client's capacity to provide informed consent, formal medical documentation confirming the individual's capacity must be submitted prior to the commencement of any assessment or treatment.

May Massage Offer

1. Offer Validity: This promotional offer is valid from May 1st to May 31st, 2025, and must be purchased within this period.
    
2. Offer Details: The offer includes a package of five (5) 60-minute sports massages for a total price of £300, representing a £50 discount from the standard rate of £350.
    
3. Booking Requirement: All massage sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
    
4. Redemption Period: All five sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
    
5. Non-Transferable: This offer is non-transferable and must be redeemed by the original purchaser.
    
6. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to do so may result in the session being deducted from the package without a refund.
    
7. Payment: Full payment of £300 must be made at the time of booking to qualify for the discounted rate.
    
8. No Cash Alternative: The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other service or refund.
    
9. Subject to Change: All five sessions must be used within  months of the purchase date. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited and are non-refundable.
